This project involved the design and fit-out of multiple Karen’s Diner locations across Australia and New Zealand, staying true to the brand’s bold, playful, and immersive aesthetic.

Each space was designed in alignment with Karen’s Diner brand guidelines, incorporating signature elements such as striking neon accents, custom seating layouts, theatrical lighting, and a mix of industrial and retro influences. The use of dynamic LED lighting, bold geometric patterns, and layered textures helps create an engaging, Instagrammable dining experience that enhances the brand’s unapologetic and immersive character.

The design approach ensured that each location retained brand consistency while allowing for site-specific adaptations, reinforcing the theatrical, interactive, and rebellious nature of Karen’s Diner.
